Do I need water and power available?
No! Jordan comes equipped with 40 gallons of filtered water and generator power. If a 15 amp service is available, the setup can be plugged in to avoid generator noise.

What do I need to do to get my car ready for service?
Remove from the vehicle all items that are not trash. If I find anything that is clearly not trash, I will place it in a bag and leave it in your vehicle. Not responsible for lost items.
I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment—is that possible?
Yes! Appointments can be adjusted on the website up to 24 hours before the appointment. If within that 24 hour timeframe, call or text to let me know.
I think there’s new damage on my vehicle and I think it happened during my appointment—what do I do?
All vehicles are photographed before and after we work on your vehicle to answer any question of where and when damage occurred. In the rare event that a vehicle is damaged by Detailing LLC, we are fully insured and will absolutely do everything in our power to fix any damage that we are solely responsible for.
